Schmalz introduce a new hose-free vacuum clamping system for CNC machines – VCBL-HD series vacuum blocks.

The VCBL-HD holds solid wood, solid surface and laminated materials. Thanks to high holding force and kateral force absorption, this vacuum block ensur precise milling results. The VCBL-HD fit for both 1-circuit and 2-circuit console tables.

Aluminium main body provides stability and adaptable selaing gasket safely fixes even structured surfaces.
