Universal vacuum blocks for Biesse and SCM

Schmalz has developed new vacuum blocks for Biesse and SCM. They are flexible: can be used to fix sensitive components as well as solid wood and solid surface materials. The heavy duty version ensures even greater reliability and efficiency.

VCBL-B-HD and VCBL-S6-HD are made from light metal with silver finish. They can be used as a hose-free vacuum clamping system.

The VCBL-B-HD vacuum blocks for Biesse systems are available in heights of 48 and 74 millimetres. The VCBL-S6-HD vacuum blocks for SCM Morbidelli are available in heights of 75 and 110 millimeters. With the appropriate accessories, they can also be used for the Flexmatic machine table with automatic positioning and Start-Pilot with position detection.
