Schmalz presents a 2-in-1 solution with the new VCBL-R and VCBL-N vacuum blocks. Thanks to this solution, VCBL-R blocks for grid table can be changed for use on the nesting table and vice versa. They have also an additional function, that can be used when it need:
- By removing or inserting the nesting insert, block can be used on grid or nesting table;
- The hose connection available as an accessory enables use at any position.
Application:
- Vacuum clamping system for CNC machining centers with grid and nesting table;
- Suitable for all common grid geometries (grid dimensions 30 and 40 mm, groove widths 6 to 7.5 mm, groove depths 6 to 7 mm);
- Suitable for simple 3-axis machining and complex 5-axis machining thanks to a wide range of working heights from 25 to 125 mm;
- Specially developed also for use on nesting tables by using the optional nesting insert.
